Working with our Industrial design partners and the client. Develop a robust project development plan for use in internal development activities and for use in external investor relations.

Project Development:

Using experience in product development, quality and regulatory we developed a holistic product roadmap with multi-generational plan.

Creation of project plans, development costs and regulatory pathway based on the latest ISO and medical device regulations for the remote software and algorithm solution.

Project Output:

The deliverables enabled senior management of the client to create and build actionable plans to aid their product development aims and investment plan.
